is a pure-play PRB producer with deep knowledge of the basin, its geology and reservoir properties. Its tight oil resource is in early stages and has yet to be widely developed with advanced horizontal drilling and completion technologies. Our Operations
We have been active in the PRB since 2012 and are at the forefront of horizontal development. To date our position comprises 45,000 net acres and we have drilled more than 100 modern horizontal wells.

Our management team has an established track record of identifying, developing and efficiently operating oil and natural gas assets in the PRB as well as other premier onshore U.S. basins. Leveraging this experience will allow us to create equity value for our stakeholders.
